to your eRepublik description.
Once you register you can remove this from your profile.

How to add validation token
Your eRepublik Citizen ID can be found in your profile URL.
For example, if your profile URL is https://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1234567 then your Citizen ID is 1234567
This email does not have to be same as your eRepublik email.
Your password doesn't have to be same as your eRepublik password.
